PatientCopilot connects to Acuity via API. AI voice agents and chat widgets read live Acuity availability and write bookings into Acuity calendars. Patient communication (SMS, recall, reviews) runs through PatientCopilot.

Setup steps
- In Acuity, go to Integrations → API and copy your User ID + API key.
- Add credentials in PatientCopilot under Integrations → Acuity.
